Shipping:

We do our best to ship in stock orders within 24 hours of being placed. We take great care in each order that is placed no matter big or small.

Orders are generally shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Postal office. The average ground shipping time is 2-5 days. *Express shipping is available for an additional fee.

Shipping cost is based on ground shipping in the 48 continental states and excludes any additional delivery charges for large items such as furniture, large wall art, high chairs etc. Additional delivery charges will be noted in product description area.

Currently we ship to United States and we will ship Internationally for a fee. We do suggest you check your local tax rules prior to ordering. Canadian orders may be subject to Canada's VAT tax unless sent as a gift.

Gift wrap is available for 5.00 per box. We are happy to include a gift card. Please use the gift message section for the card greeting.

Exchanges & Returns:

Ritzy Baby online strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and an exceptional shopping experience.

If you are not fully satisfied with your non-custom item you may return it for a refund, exchange or store credit within 10 days from the date received. Returned items must be unused, in the original condition and their original packaging. Clothing items must not have been worn and tags must still be attached. You will still be responsible for postage and with children's furniture a re-stocking fee. Upon receipt of your approved return, Ritzy Baby will either issue a refund, store credit or ship the one you selected in exchange.

Custom designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items the are custom, personalized or made to order are noted in either the product description or indicated in the ship time.

Our artisins take great pride in packaging their items. Unfortunately, pieces are occassionally damaged in transit. SHould this happen during delivery, it is important to note the damage on the bill of lading before the delivery truck leaves. We will work with the manufacturer and delivery company to repair or replace the damaged item as quickly as possible.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax applies to orders shipped to an Oklahoma address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
